5. Subscription and Payments

Access to teacher features requires an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the platform, including lessons, exams, tasks, and other educational materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
